regimen? Want to take your/your team's game to the next level? Want a proven
method of team/confidence building? Want centuries old techniques for tapping into that elusive place we jocks call "the zone"? Want to work "the whole athlete" not
just the parts? Then this method of athletic training for sports performance
is for you and/or your team.

We, demystify the ancient teachings of the practice of yoga and train our athletes
from a modern day western sports science perspective. During the sessions we
step away from "deep yogic philosophy" and focus on where the Western
science meets the ancient yoga. We integrate the physical and mental
aspects of your specific sport into a dynamic and balanced training program.
During the class(es) we engage in stretching and strengthening postures, practice
breathing techniques, visualization and relaxation exercises. There is a focus
on core strengthening, spinal integrity and structural alignment of muscles,
bones and joints. This style of training has been proven to increase efficiency,
effectiveness and awareness in all around performance. In addition these programs
have been used in rehabilitation and as valuable tools for injury reduction.
