Our on-site classes are for any sized group, team or one-on-one personal
training.
Contact us directly, just get together a group of teammates, fellow sports
club
members or friends. Get your team manager or your coach to get in touch
with
us and we'll work out the logistics. Please contact us for a copy of

The format of our classes vary. We will talk to you and assess your needs.
From
this, each session is custom designed for your sport and team/personal
goals.
Our programs are for everyone from the beginner/ recreational athlete and
yogi
to the world class/ professional athlete and yogi. Sessions can be for
pre-, during
or post season. Classes are a great tool for rehabilitation from many injuries.
Classes can vary in length and intensity, depending on the purpose of the
class.
They can be as short as a 15 minute quick pre game/activity warm-up or
post-game/activity
cool down routines to a
30 - 60 minute

The classes can be "one-offs", once a week/month or multiple times each week.

Our complete studio on wheels is fully equipped to meet your sports
specific
yoga needs. We come to any sports facility, field, home, fitness/recreation/gym
facility, school. Our motto: find us a place we'll make it
your yoga space!
Our mobile yoga studio has the teachers, mats and all yoga props (and
some special
athletic performance toys) needed for your on-site athlete centred/sports
specific
yoga practice. All you need are the bodies, perhaps some of
your own sports
specific equipment, the space and the time, leave the rest to us.
We can also provide workshops, seminars and retreats. In addition we can bring in other practitioners in other methods of performance enhancement such as: massage, acupuncture, nutrition, stress management, personal training, pilates... to name a few.
