ON-SITE YOGA:
Our on-site classes are for any sized
group or one-on-one
training, contact us directly. Just get together
a group of colleagues, coworkers
or friends.
For YOGA @ WORK get your human resources manager or your wellness
committee to contact us and
we'll figure out the logistics. Please contact us for a copy of our YOGA
@ WORK information package.
We can come to your home, fitness/recreation/gym facility, hotel, spa, school, any workplace (office, warehouse, studio/set, on-location). Our motto: find us a place we'll make it your yoga space!
We can be on-site at any time of day or night: early morning, noon
hour or
after-work sessions are popular.
Classes can vary in length and intensity, depending on the purpose of the
class.
They can be as short as a 15 minute quick fix refresh break (i.e. during
conferences)
to
a 30 - 60 minute chi hit (i.e. a
lunch break or after work)
to the full "meal deal" 90
minute session.
The classes can be "one-offs", once a week or multiple times each week. Receive discounts when you sign on for 8/10/12 week (and up) series packages.
Class styles vary, but ultimately we cater to your needs.
For example, for our YOGA @ WORK clients we offer employee wellness through workplace specific on-site yoga. Particular focus in these classes is placed on the shoulders, neck, back and hips, places that are chronically affected by modern work habits. In a pro-active approach we can integrate the environment as a resource by using chairs, walls and tables in adapted positions to enable employees to utilize the workspace to refresh their focus during the course of the workday.
