Ask me how much it sucks to be tight on cash, or don't...tell you what, when I first got hooked on this yoga magic stuff I was in the midst of a recovery from a debilitating back injury and a life threatening dis-ease. I was on long term disability and as a result had a very fixed income. The studio space that I called home at the time had a program called karma yoga where yogis come in after classes and cleaned the studio and in exchange got passes to take classes. That saved my life and gave me as much yoga as I could handle. Although East End Zen is really just a "virtual studio", we still need a quick pre and post class tidy. If you can commit to regular attendance and want to trade about 30 minutes of your time for a yoga class we would love to have you in...
